David and Bryony were recommended to us by our Property Manager and we are so thankful for the amazing job they did. I just want to say a massive thank you to Clear Out Vacating Services for their excellent work. I had a bond cleaner from Gumtree cancel on me, and Clear Out was able to help on short notice. The quality of their work is the best I’ve seen, they were very thorough and very efficient. Their pricing is very competitive for the quality they deliver, and their communication is also great. They do everything (bond clean, carpet cleaning, pest control) which simplifies the whole process. They took what should have been a stressful process and made it easy for me.
